Bought earrings and a bracelet, the leaf and rose bud fell off the bracelet somehow. Links were not secure enough. Your cust service team was helpful in explaining the process, offered a replacement and sent the rose bud over, with a thoughtful chamomile tea bag which was very appreciated. Be great if the links were more secure to begin with, the Pearl bracelet was quite pricey. Both items I got were beautiful though and lots of my friends commented that they were gorge as well
